Service Technician (Audio-Visual Industry)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site maintenance and technical support for audiovisual equipment at client locations
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and responsive service
• Work closely with the service team to continuously improve service standards and processes

Requirements:

• Preferably with experience in servicing and repairing TVs or audio-visual systems
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (required for outdoor technician roles)
• On-the-job training will be provided
• Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
