HR Executive Generalist - West

• Responsible for the hiring process on payroll, recruitment, selection and screening of staff
• Monitoring of employees’ employment contract expiry, permit expiry and confirmation due date;
• Maintain & updating staff personal file;
• Review HR policies & processes and ensure compliance to statutory requirement;
• Process training applications and filing for training grants, (if required)
• Process employees’ insurance claim (if any)
• Manage all matters relating to submission of government required surveys and mandatory documentations;
• General HR administration, such as preparation of appointment letters, confirmation letter etc;
• Prepare and submit all MOM and other government bodies and statutory reports and statutory survey forms;
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
