Finance Manager (5 days / Freight Forwarding) - WC2

• Manage all aspects of accounting for the company and its subsidiaries, covering accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, reconciliations, profit & loss statements, and balance sheet reporting.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of consolidated financial reports to headquarters.
• Establish and refine financial policies, internal controls, and reporting systems to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.
• Supervise month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring financial accuracy.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to provide insights for business strategies.
• Oversee corporate tax matters, including computations, filings, and regulatory compliance.
• Work closely with external auditors, prepare audit schedules, and manage audit-related tasks.
• Administer payroll processing, employee claims, and reimbursements across the company and subsidiaries.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, banking activities, and treasury functions.
• Handle additional finance-related tasks and continuous process improvements as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Professional qualification in accounting (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in logistics, freight forwarding, or related industries.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and accounting software.
• Detail-focused, analytical, and able to meet tight reporting deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
