After Sales Support (Freight Forwarding) - WC2

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for addressing customer issues, ensuring proactive and effective account management.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with customers while fostering collaboration across different departments.
• Contribute to the preparation of bids, playing a role in the success of customer engagements.
• Provide insights to enhance revenue through strategic approaches aligned with existing business models.
• Collaborate with global accounts, participating in operational reviews and KPI assessments.
• Offer troubleshooting support and guidance to the global operations team.
• Swiftly escalate and resolve customer concerns within defined timelines.
• Work closely with various teams, including sales, customer service, billing, and operations.
• Update and uphold Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while sharing and promoting best practices.
• Assist in vendor sourcing initiatives aimed at reducing costs and improving operational efficiency.
