Finance & Controlling Executive

You will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising the organisation's financial performance.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Financial Strategy and Planning:

• Participation in developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Participation in the budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.

2. Financial Reporting and Analysis:

• Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide insights into business performance.

3. Process Optimization:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and reengineering within the finance function.
• Implement efficient financial workflows to enhance overall operational effectiveness.

4. System Management:

• Utilize expertise in SAP4Hana, PowerBI, Fiori, and other relevant systems for financial management.
• Serve as a master user and oversee specific system setups to support seamless financial operations.
• Previous experience in successfully implementing financial systems is a plus.

5. Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise financial performance and support business goals.
• Act as a liaison between finance and other departments.

Work Experience and Competencies Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive or related industry; finance control is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Excellent in MS Office: Advanced proficiency, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, diligent, and innovative mindset with strong stress resistance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Expertise in SAP4Hana, PowerBI, and Fiory is a plus.
