Position: Procurement Manager

Position Summary
As a Procurement Manager you will oversee the integration of premium products that are in line with Russian-style manicures while prioritizing hygiene standards and client safety across all products and services. The candidate will balance traditional Russian techniques with modern tool innovations, explore nail technologies and source for premium brands to help our salon maintain its reputation for excellence. You’ll ensure our tools and materials meet both business goals and technical performance standards through your own experience in service delivery. This role combines strategic product management with hands-on expertise.
Responsibilities:
1. Product Sourcing & Procurement
- Research, identify, and procure high-quality nail products specifically aligned with Russian manicure/pedicure techniques.
- Source products from international suppliers (e.g., Russia, Europe, Asia) and local distributors to meet the salon’s standards for quality & safety.
- Stay updated on global trends in Russian-style nail art and innovations to ensure the salon remains competitive.
2. Vendor & Supplier Management
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors, negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to optimize costs and ensure timely supply.
- Vet suppliers for reliability, product authenticity.
- Resolve supply chain issues and manage returns/refunds.
3. Product Testing & Quality Control
- Test new products for quality, durability, safety, and compatibility with Russian manicure techniques.
- Train staff in product knowledge and consultative techniques, enabling them to advise clients on personalized product selections aligned with their nail care needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with nail technicians to gather feedback on product performance and client satisfaction.
4. Service Delivery Support
- Perform Russian-style manicures/pedicures during peak hours, staff shortages, or for VIP clients, utilizing your expertise in Russian nail art and to stay connected to client needs and product performances.
- Assist in refining service protocols based on hands-on experience with products and tools.
5. Inventory & Cost Management
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking, using software tools for tracking.
- Analyze product costs and recommend cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Russian nail business, preferably as technician.
- Able to perform Russian Manicure, Pedicure, Nail Art, Gel, extensions and other nails services.
- Strong understanding of nail anatomy, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Deep knowledge of Russian-style manicure tools, techniques, and products (e.g., expertise in diamond-coated bits, e-files, or dry manicure systems).
- Fluent in Russian; proficiency in English (to communicate with suppliers/clients).
