BIM Modeller cum Drafter

Job Description

• Create and develop detailed 3D models using BIM software from Bentley/Autodesk.
• Assist in developing and maintaining established BIM standards and workflows and ensure integrity/quality of the model and drawing.
• Assist with the updates and archival of 3D models for submission.
• Prepare and update BIM models based on vendor model/drawings, external/internal comments, and latest information.
• Coordinate the extraction of key data from the model.
• Interface with project planner to create 4D model.
• Interface with peers of their discipliners to resolve basic modelling issues
• Generate 2D & 3D shop drawing for construction and as-built from BIM model.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Competent on the use of BIM software form Autodesk/Bentley, and modelling techniques to produce 3D modelling and 2D drawing production from 3D models.
• Certification of CET-6 is required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Good communication and writing in English.
