Job Posting: Operation Manager (Machinery)
Salary: SGD 5,000 to SGD 6,000
About the Role
Our client is looking for an Operation Manager to join their team and support seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Company’s In-House Technicians and Service Partners
- To schedule preventive maintenance and to attend to repairs and to train and lead mechanics for in-house repairs and servicing.
- To troubleshoot and resolve matters relating to product quality and service by providing technical advice and/or performing service jobs.
- Have specific knowledge of electrical to supervise the usage of machinery and to ensure all safety measures and compliance regulation are strictly adhere to.
- Have working knowledge of leadership principles, operate and manage the full spectrum of the department operation and function, motivate and lead the team to achieve the desire result and productivity output.
- Monitor ongoing time-and-material costs for each job.
- Prepare and analyse monthly reports on concerns related to feedback received from supervisors.
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
- At least diploma in Mechanical, Electrical engineering, or related fields preferred.
- Experienced in managing heavy industry workshop and repair / maintenance of construction equipment / machineries including but not limited to crane, excavator, generator, working platform (boomlift / scissorlift).
- Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
Work Schedule
6 days’ work week.
