About the Role:
This position is essential to keeping our IT support business running smoothly. Key responsibilities include:
Being the main point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
Coordinating client appointments, equipment repairs, and technician schedules
Liaising with suppliers and contractors for equipment purchases and repairs
Supporting the Directors with proposals, reports, billing, and administrative tasks
Ensuring smooth business operations and maintaining service levels
Managing stock inventory and purchasing
Assisting our Marketing Agency with social media presence
Assist with business development initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
Strong customer service skills and a professional phone manner
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and problem-solve
Experience as an Executive Assistant or in Customer Relations
A proactive and adaptable mindset
Ability to grasp technical concepts (IT knowledge is a plus but not essential!)
