Sales Account Manager (Healthcare Vertical)

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager for our Infra Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the healthcare vertical and public sector, with hands-on experience in managing tender processes and dealing with system integrators. This role will involve managing key accounts, driving sales opportunities, and overseeing the entire sales cycle from qualification to contract signing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow key accounts in the healthcare and public sector verticals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Handle the entire sales cycle, including generating leads, presenting solutions, preparing proposals, and closing deals.
  • Work with system integrators to respond to tender opportunities, ensuring timely and accurate submission of proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, technical, and support teams) to ensure successful delivery and execution of contracts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to build brand awareness and develop new business leads.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management within the healthcare vertical or public sector, preferably with a focus on infra sales.
  • Tender experience from working with system integrators is a must.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
