Retail Executive

Responsibilities:

* Handle retail sales enquiry and maintain the experience store appearance

* Explain product features and introduce our range of products

* Offer customer advice on how to look for the right product

* Provide exceptional and engaging customer service

* Handling purchases, scheduling deliveries, and assist customers in checking out through our online system

* Basic housekeeping

* No hard selling required, just introduce product to customer

Requirements:

* Good communication skills

* Prior retail experience preferred

* Patient and outgoing personality who is service oriented

* Well groom and presentable

* Computer savvy with basic knowledge of excel and e-commerce checkout systems
