SALES ADMINISTRATOR (CUSTOMER SUPPORT) - BACK-END

Responsibilities:
Expedite orders , Responsible for order processing via email or phone , update sales and customer records

Contact customers to obtain missing information or to answer queries

Check data accuracy in orders before releasing them to the Production Department

Liaise with the Logistics , Architects , Construction Project Owner , to ensure timely deliveries.

Get feedback , Stay up to date with new products and features

Provide administrative support and handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

2300- 2500 SGD

5 DAY / Monday to Friday

830 am to 6 pm
