Officer, Short Term Leasing (6 months contract)
Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Short-Term Lease (STL) team as a Temporary Staff for six months. This role will support administrative and tenant management functions, ensuring smooth operations within the STL department.
Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and processing STL administrative documents, including but not limited to License Agreements, Cover Letters, and other Letters.
Maintain and update STL tenant records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Support the STL team in handling tenant inquiries, lease renewals, and other tenant management tasks.
Manage Simplicity system-related administrative matters, ensuring proper data entry and documentation.
Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to generate reports, track agreements, and organize lease information.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external tenants to coordinate lease-related processes.
Assist in ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned by the STL team.
Qualifications & Work Experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
Strong organizational and administrative skills, with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with tenants and stakeholders.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.
Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a team-player approach.
Prior experience in lease administration, real estate, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
