Purpose of the Role
As a service engagement executive, you are responsible for accounting activities, receiving, liaising and forwarding communications. You enjoy talking to people via outbound calls in working on potential claims recovery cases, delivering top notch customer service. A go-getter, you are confident and play to your strength in maximizing claims recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Receipting of reimbursements from third party insurers
- Tallying of cheques/giro for monthly reporting to Finance
- Issuance of incentives to customers with proper tracking of record
- Daily collection of documents from mailroom
- Management of administrative work via Salesforce CRM tool
- Handle emails and outbound calls to potential claimants, working along with our agency force and medical institutions, as and when required
- Pursue and hit target on dollars expected to recover
Requirements
- Academic: Diploma & above
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Financial Institutions with a preference for candidates with outbound call experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial transactions and document handling.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to pursue and achieve targets for claim recovery.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of professionalism.
