JOB SCOPES:

• Ensuring a smooth recruitment process from job advertisement publication to candidate appointment.
• Collaborating and liaising between hiring units, the hiring team, and applicants, addressing queries from all parties involved.
• Conducting thorough checks on documents submitted by applicants.
• Participating in interviews as an HR representative.
• Ensuring timely and accurate entry of hiring data into the system for statistical analysis, management reporting, and monitoring purposes.
• Review existing recruitment policies and processes.
• Planning training resources.
• Supervising of executives.
• Cover managerial duty where required.
• Undertaking any other ad-hoc tasks as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Singaporean (s) only.
• Minimum Degree in any related discipline.
