Customer Service Administrator - Electronic Manufacturing

About the Role:

The Customer Service Administrator is responsible for managing order-related activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing, and delivering excellent customer service. This role requires strong coordination skills to work with internal teams and external customers to meet business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the primary customer interface for order management, ensuring timely processing of orders, changes, and confirmations.
• Handle sample requests and coordinate with relevant teams for timely fulfillment.
• Assist in demand planning and forecasting to align with customer requirements and business goals.
• Manage customer-stocking programs (VMI/SMI, Demand Pull) to optimize inventory and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Update order status, delivery commitments, and forecasts in customer portals.
• Implement and support customer-driven program initiatives to improve service levels and engagement.
• Manage customer returns, rework processes, and necessary documentation, including RMAs and Credit/Debit notes.
• Work closely with sales teams to maximize monthly billings and ensure alignment with sales targets.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in system enhancements for order management processes.
• Handle additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.
