Senior IT Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor VMware vCenter, Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, Exchange, and Fortinet Firewall/VPN.
• Manage Microsoft 365 accounts, security policies, MFA activations, and compliance with best practices.
• Oversee IT asset inventory, backup solutions (Veeam, Synology, AWS), and ensure disaster recovery readiness.
• Deploy and configure desktops, servers, and critical network security settings using Microsoft Intune and Entra ID.
• Establish and manage network infrastructure, including physical-to-virtual transitions, and monitor L2/L3 switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Provide advanced IT support, perform root cause analysis, and manage IT service requests via ITSM platforms.
• Implement security measures, monitor firewall logs, conduct audits, and manage endpoint protection solutions.
• Maintain and enhance AWS cloud infrastructure, backup solutions, and evaluate cloud-based security tools.
• Automate IT monitoring, reporting, and self-service workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure IT stability, security, and compliance, including firewall monitoring, endpoint protection, VAPT audits, and compliance.
