Urgent! 6 Months Contract - Staff Training & Development Executive (School) #Convertible (up to $3,700) #NKC

Location: boon Lay

• Register staff for both internal and external training courses
• Update employee attendance records in the HR system
• Process training invoices and charge costs to the correct departments (if needed)
• Manage logistics for in-house training (e.g. setting up rooms, ordering food)
• Prepare and handle bond deed signing for employees
• Keep track of bond records and update bond status regularly
• Help with recovering any applicable penalty charges
• Manage Corppass matters using ServiceNow
• Respond to emails related to the above tasks
• Support related projects and other admin tasks when needed
• Make sure all requests are completed on time according to service standards (SLAs)
