Patient Service Associate #HHLT

Salary: up to $2350
Location: Queenstown
Working hours: 5 days a week, 3 rotating shifts

Roles and responsibilities:

• Explain hospital bills, subsidies, and payment options to patients
• Help patients fill out payment-related forms.
• Refer eligible patients to financial aid programs
• Keep proper records and follow up on pending cases until discharge.
• Assist with billing inquiries.
• Collect deposits and outstanding bills from patients.
• Process payments for medical/rehabilitation items
• Settle daily transactions.
• Handle and process national forms
• Submit forms to MOHH on time.
• Update SAP system when forms are completed.

Requirements:

• Min O/A Level/Nitec/Diploma in any field
• Min 1-2 years of customer service experience
