Workplace Safety & Health Coordinator (WSHC))
Your duties as a Workplace Safety & Health Coordinator (WSHC) are as follows:
Job Description:
To ensure the adequacy of site EHS implementations in accordance to legal and clients' requirements and the site Safety Management System.
To assist the Construction Manager in managing and implement the quality environmental health and safety (QEHS) management systems of PIKASA CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING PTE LTD on site.
Prepare, review, execute and monitor method statements, risk assessments, and safe work procedures
Maintain awareness of amendments to the Occupational, Health & Safety Act and Regulations and make the necessary recommendations for their implementation
Perform work site safety compliance inspections, including hazard analysis, safe work procedures, and submit reports and recommendations
Assist the WSH Officer in accident reporting and investigation as well as conducting toolbox meetings
Provide safety advices and support on all aspect of the field to the operation team in the proper execution of their work tasks
Assist in the development of WSH action plans for each project and ensure their implementation.
To liaise with relevant authorities on all matters concerning site safety and security.
Job Requirements:
1. Willing to travel among multiple sites
2. Possess own transport ( bike) will be an advantage
3. Possess strong communication skill
