IT Storage Team Lead

We're seeking a passionate and highly skilled IT Storage Solutions Lead to drive the technical direction and delivery of cutting-edge IT storage solutions in Singapore. Responsibilities

• Lead the technical execution of complex IT service delivery and development projects focused on enterprise storage
• Ensure our storage solutions are implemented efficiently, cost-effectively, and to the highest quality standards, exceeding client expectations
• Serve as our go-to Technical Subject Matter Expert for enterprise IT storage, tackling complex issues and driving innovative solutions
• Design robust and scalable storage architectures and solutions that meet the evolving needs of our key clients and partners
• Work closely with local, regional, and global teams to achieve project success and share best practices
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their technical growth and expertise in storage technologies
• Present technical solutions with clarity and confidence, and deliver impactful training to our partners and customers

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification, B. SC in computer science/engineering/telecommunication with distinction
• Redhat RHCE or Huawei HCIA/HCIP/HCIE or other IT certification will be an added advantage
• 8 years of working experience for IT production designing and delivery and maintenance (Proficient in x86 server, SAN/NAS Storage, Virtualization(VMWare), windows series operation system, linux/unix system), with a preference for experience in leading or managing a storage team
• Skills required: IT technology such as x86 server architecture, SAN/NAS storage architecture, data protect, DC disaster recovery, data migration
• Internal and external communication and influence: able to communicate with the corresponding level of customers, and influence decision-making
• Knowledge of OpenStack architecture, Oracle or DB database would be an added advantage
