The Opportunity
The role is responsible for a wide range of activities required to support the AP Head of Strategy, Business Planning and Operations and Chief Marketing Offer in delivering against regional and global priorities.
The role will involve heavy day to day engagement with the AP Head of Strategy, Business Planning and Operations and Chief Marketing Offer in a flat operating environment.
The candidate will play a key central role in driving marketing effectiveness through a best-in-class project/program management capability, ensuring successful execution of strategic plans for the hub and markets in the region.

Business Performance Planning & Reporting

• Drive end-to-end function performance reporting: Collaborate with Hub leaders and cluster marketing leaders to determine quarterly and annual progress against OKR metrics
• Partner I&A on marketing performance, PCB alignment to funding and OKR reporting
• Partner with AP Marketing Finance Business Partner on periodic, quarterly and annual budget management
• Support materials for APLT quarterly meetings and Marketing function discussion themes
• Support in setting agendas for Monthly APMLT Meetings, updating BPO Calendar, etc.
• Support business reviews, OKR Top Priorities, and strategic initiatives as needed
• CMO & Hub Function Communications
• Manage AP Marketing’s regular cadence of updates to MLT, Regional President, APLT and APMLT.
• Support Head of Strategy, Business Planning and Operations in the development of presentation materials and market visit agendas
• Support market visit agendas and executive-level events both regionally and globally (e.g., APMK, SCC, APEC, Davos, etc.) and thought-leadership presentations
• Provide support and oversight of market visits within AP; and provide thoughtful feedback on materials for the visit
• Support the planning of the annual Marketing Summit as a key Learning & Development moment for the entire regional team

Marketing & Communication Strategy

• Support in overall Strategic Planning: Efficiently and effectively execute FY26 Strategic Planning process (AOP, Objectives, OKR setting and reporting)
• Strategic Projects: On specific projects, drive holistic Brand communication programs collaborating with company's Design Studio, marketing teams, Corp Comms teams and external agency partners.
• Communicate with both working-level professionals and senior management in a clear, concise, and impactful way
• Seek inputs from relevant stakeholders to ensure soundness and alignment for any processes / recommendations, including leading and managing meetings independently
• Effectively and efficiently manage own time and workplans; syncing up timelines with broader AP regional timelines and projects

Your Background

• 7-8 or more years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to pull together narratives and drive actionable insights from raw data
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive work ethic, capable of navigating uncertainty and identifying process improvements
• Must be comfortable with multi-tasking and collaborating with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams – comfortable with a highly matrixed business unit
• Experience working in a regional role preferred
