Job Description:

• Assist in preparing schematic design drawings for client review and approval.
• Prepare drawings for various project stages and tender submissions.
• Support submissions to relevant government authorities.
• Collaborate with the Project Architect on technical coordination tasks.
• Monitor the progress of drafting works across projects and track the status of submissions and compliance with competent authorities.
• Assist in preparing necessary forms, calculations, letters, and documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of Building Information Modelling (BIM).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
