JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Cards Authoriser, you will perform the following responsibilities:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Handling authorization services (issuing and acquiring)
Fraud control monitoring
Freezing of accounts related to Police production orders
Temporary credit increase requests (after office hours) and customer services hotline (midnight to 8:30 a.m. / 9:00 a.m.) for the Bank
Processing of VISA incoming and outgoing files; self-service terminal monitoring
Monitoring of critical services and assisting in post implementation verifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree or Diploma in a related field preferably (Banking, Business, Finance and related fields)
Able to work on a rotating shift basis

Possess a strong sense of responsibility and commitment
Willingness to learn on the job
