We are looking for an experienced and passionate Childcare Principal to lead our dynamic and growing childcare center. As the principal, you will play a key role in shaping the educational experience, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the overall well-being of both children and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the childcare center, ensuring a high standard of care and education
• Develop and implement curriculum and educational programs that align with best practices in early childhood education
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff members
• Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages professional growth
• Foster strong relationships with parents, addressing their concerns and ensuring effective communication
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and licensing requirements
• Manage the budget, resources, and operational processes of the center
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of children, providing support to staff and parents as needed

Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Centre Leadership
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a principal or center director
• Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles, local regulations, and licensing standards
• Proven experience in team management and staff development
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive and supportive environment
• Passionate about providing high-quality early childhood education
• Relevant certifications (e.g., First Aid, Child Protection) are a plus
