Job Description & Requirements
This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining the technical architecture for an enterprise-grade OutSystems application, ensuring stability, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
You will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Solution Architect to deliver a robust and reliable solution tailored to the client's unique requirements.
Job Scope
Design and oversee the technical architecture for OutSystems applications, ensuring alignment with the project’s goals and government standards.
Implement OutSystems installations on both on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring optimal configuration and performance.
Work closely with the Project Manager to align technical deliverables with project milestones and ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with the Solution Architect to maintain the integrity of the solution design and support architectural decisions.
Lead at least one full platform version upgrade, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal impact on operations.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and best practices.
Engage with government stakeholders as needed, understanding their requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
Job Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
More than 3 years working with OutSystems, with a solid background in technical architecture and system design.
Proven experience with OutSystems architecture, including installations in both on-premises and cloud environments.
Familiarity with LifeTime and experience managing applications and environments using the tool, is a plus.
Demonstrated experience performing at least one platform version upgrade for OutSystems.
Prior experience working on government projects or within the public sector.
OutSystems certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
