Job Description & Requirements

This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining the technical architecture for an enterprise-grade OutSystems application, ensuring stability, scalability, and adherence to best practices.

You will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Solution Architect to deliver a robust and reliable solution tailored to the client's unique requirements.

Job Scope

• Design and oversee the technical architecture for OutSystems applications, ensuring alignment with the project’s goals and government standards.
• Implement OutSystems installations on both on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring optimal configuration and performance.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to align technical deliverables with project milestones and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with the Solution Architect to maintain the integrity of the solution design and support architectural decisions.
• Lead at least one full platform version upgrade, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal impact on operations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Engage with government stakeholders as needed, understanding their requirements and translating them into technical specifications.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• More than 3 years working with OutSystems, with a solid background in technical architecture and system design.
• Proven experience with OutSystems architecture, including installations in both on-premises and cloud environments.
• Familiarity with LifeTime and experience managing applications and environments using the tool, is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience performing at least one platform version upgrade for OutSystems.
• Prior experience working on government projects or within the public sector.
• OutSystems certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
