Responsibilities

• Strive to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Proactive in new sales acquisition and expanding of clientele base
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with new and existing clients
• Actively identifying and generating new leads and opportunities
• Manage and follow through the entire sales process
• Always maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards clients
• Provide quality after-sales services
• Attend to client's feedback/complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management

Requirements

• Minimum “O” Level, with at least 2 years of working experience in sales.
• Previous experience in related field/service industries will be an added advantage.
• Possess valid Class 3/3A driving license
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
• Sales driven and results oriented
• Have excellent customer service attitude, communication and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous, responsible and resilient in a dynamic environment
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments
• Bilingual/multi-lingual will be an added advantage
