Job Posting for IT Service Desk Support Engineer (Temp, 1 Month role) at JOBSTER PRIVATE LTD.


We are seeking a temporary IT Service Desk Support Engineer to provide first-level technical support to end users for a 1-month assignment.


Responsibilities:

  • Respond to IT support requests.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assist with user setup, account provisioning, and device configuration.
  • Log and track incidents in the ticketing system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant support teams.
  • Ensure timely resolution and follow-up with users.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in IT or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; trainings will be provided.
  • Familiar with Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
  • Strong communication, troubleshooting skills, and customer service mindset.
  • Able to start immediately and commit for 1 month.
