Operations Specialist

Responsibilities：

• Execute daily money transfers between banks, exchanges, and financial institutions.
• Create and process various types of transfer/payment orders (e.g., bank wires, on-platform transfers, trade settlements).
• Actively communicate with banks and partner institutions to :
• Confirm receipt or dispatch of funds
• Follow up on delays and expected settlement timelines
• Resolve discrepancies in transaction details
• Maintain internal records of fund movements and reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing documentation for compliance, audits, or internal reporting.
• Work closely with trading/treasury teams to ensure liquidity is available where needed.
• Coordinate with counterparties to facilitate quoting or trading activity (preferred).
• Monitor FX rates and support execution or settlement of forex trades (preferred).
• Understand and utilize clearing/payment systems such as SEPA, SWIFT, FPS, ACH, etc. (preferred).

Qualifications：

• 1 years experience in a financial operations, settlements, treasury, or banking-related role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of clearing and payment systems (SWIFT, SEPA, CNAPS, etc.) is a plus.
• Familiarity with quoting or executing trades with counterparties is a strong advantage.
• Comfort working with financial platforms, payment dashboards, and spreadsheets.
• High sense of responsibility and ability to handle sensitive financial information securely.
