Staff Nurse

Job Description

• Conduct home visits to provide jaundice services
• Perform nursing procedures
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient’s condition and assessments in compliance with the Singapore Nursing Board’s (SNB) Code, and the relevant regulations or protocols established by the management team.
• To carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimally a Diploma in Nursing with a valid SNB licence.
• Keen interest in contributing and expanding your knowledge in the Healthcare.
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage the patients
• Work closely and report to the management team.
• Comfortable with visiting patients at their homes.
• Possess Class 3 Driving License is compulsory
• Able to work independently while maintaining high standards in the work you perform.
