Analyst (System Engineer) (Ref 105)

Our client is looking for an Analyst (Systems) who will help to manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure. Role will also cover installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools and to help to implement and support Service and Change Requests and ensure they are completed within the SLA guideline

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
• Perform system patching, application deployment and reporting.
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Computer Science, Computing, Engineering, IT or equivalent.
• With relevant experience in Windows Server especially in the areas of Microsoft Server 2012R2 and above operating systems including virtualization and System Management tools.
• With knowledge or experience in the following products/technical skillsets OR equivalent: OutSystems, Windows System Administrator, Ongoing support, Release Management, Azure VM
