Job Description:
As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. You will provide support to our medical staff and assist in delivering excellent patient care. Your responsibilities will include administrative tasks, patient interaction, and the management of clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and ensure a positive and supportive clinic experience.
• Assist with scheduling appointments, managing medical records, and handling phone inquiries.
• Verify patient information and process insurance details.
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure that all necessary supplies and equipment are available.
• Assist healthcare professionals during patient examinations and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment.
• Handle medical billing and coding inquiries and assist patients with any related questions.
• Support other administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficient clinic operations.

Qualifications:

• 'O' Level or equivalent; additional certification in medical assisting is a plus.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and basic computer skills.
• Compassionate nature and a commitment to providing excellent patient care.
