Job Description & Requirements: - Communicate & writing fluntly in Chinese & English - Communication: Coordinate and communicate including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors. - Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, including safety hazards, delays, and cost overruns. - Quality Control: Ensure that construction work meets quality standards, and that defects are identified and rectified. - Schedule Management: Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring that milestones are met and deadlines are achieved. - Safety Management: Ensure that construction sites are safe, and that safety regulations are complied with. - Reporting: Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports, cost reports, and quality reports. Required Skills and Qualifications: *Dilploma / Degree in Construction and Renovaion *Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction. *Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. *Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills. *Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. *Knowledge of Building Codes / Fire Protection Accessories Code: Knowledge of building codes, fire protection accessories codes, regulations, and safety standards.
