Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will use advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical techniques to solve business problems, develop predictive models, and generate actionable insights. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and strong business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Modeling:
Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Develop and implement predictive models and algorithms using machine learning techniques.

Data Processing & Engineering:
Clean, preprocess, and validate data to ensure accuracy and quality.
Collaborate with data engineers to design data pipelines and architecture for efficient data handling.

Business Collaboration:
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Tools & Technologies:
Utilize programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
Use data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create compelling dashboards and reports.

Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on the latest trends in data science and machine learning.
Identify opportunities to enhance existing processes through automation and optimization.

Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Experience:
5 years of experience in data science or a related field (adjust based on the seniority of the role).
Proven experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch).

Technical Skills:
Proficient in Python, R, SQL, and other relevant tools.
Strong understanding of statistical methods and data preprocessing techniques.

Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Certification in Data Science or Machine Learning is a plus.
