Senior Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor

Assist and recommend to managment on tendering costing ;

Quantity take off, able to source for supplier /sub contractor for tendering ;

Preparing tender submission and PQM documents ;

Compliation of pre and post tender questionaire inclusive of tender interview material ;

Preparing of progress claim and monthly report on cash flow for projects ;

Preparing of Variation Order pricing if any ;

Preparation of contracts to supplier and sub contractor ;

Verify supplier and sub con claim ;

Preparation of Final acocunt for projects completed ;

The candidate must be independent and a postitive mindset.
