Title: DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR - SUPPORT

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor alerts for multiple database platforms including MariaDB, PostgreSQL, EDB, Oracle, DB2, MSSQL, Redis, and MongoDB, and take timely action.
• Support 24x7 database operations, including rotating night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure database performance, availability, and reliability.
• Perform basic troubleshooting tasks within Linux (RedHat), AIX, and Windows
• Carry out periodical production patch and upgrade management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience.
• Hands-on experience with at least 2 of the following databases:
  MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL/EDB, Oracle, MSSQL, DB2, MongoDB, Redis
• Familiarity with basic OS commands and environments: Linux (RedHat), AIX, and Windows.
• Strong sense of responsibility, willingness to work odd hours when needed, and ability to adapt in a high-availability environment.
