Your new role

• Execute the overall success and growth of the assigned portfolio by deepening relationships with existing clients and through the acquisition of new customers
• Continually partner with clients in order to fully understand their businesses, strategies and challenges, to proactively recommend an effective variety of financial products and services to help the customers succeed
• Promote the cross-selling of banking products to our customers based on their banking needs, improve our wallet share with the clients, to accomplish the branch's growth targets
• Perform effective financial analysis and underwriting in the areas of credit, cash flow and collateral; structure and complete suitable business loans/ services to the clients; and to follow-up on client maintenance work post disbursement

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree holder with minimum 6-8 years of directly relevant working experience as a Coverage Corporate Banker
• Experience of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and internal partners
• Good experience in commercial credit underwriting skills
• Trade finance and cash management experience is a strong plus
• Industry coverage requirements includes either Chinese clients or 'MNCs / Local Large Corporates'
• Strong prospecting, sales, negotiation and influencing skills
• Must have a strong ability to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese internal and external stakeholders
