Job Posting for Sales Coordinator (Marine) at FOCAL SEARCH PTE. LTD.
Support the sales team's day-to-day activities.
Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
Coordinate the sales team's calendars, meetings, and appointments.
Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and databases.
Communicate with customers on orders, deliveries, and service issues.
Monitor sales performance data and create frequent reports for management.
Assist with the creation of sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with the marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure that customer service runs smoothly.
Respond to incoming sales requests and route them accordingly.
Manage administrative activities like filing, data entry, and email correspondence.
Requirements:
Minimum of two years' experience in a sales support or administrative function.
Prior experience in the marine business is beneficial.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Attention to detail and self-initiative.
Understanding of sales principles and customer service procedures.
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
Experience in a fast-paced sales setting.
Able to travel for job.
