Assist the Discipline Master / Mistress (DM) to plan and put the school's discipline policies in place.
Keep track and examine the disciplinary records of students.
Oversee and work with external staff on maintaining and keeping the school clean.
Provide logistics for school excursions and events such as Speech Day, Sports Day and Meet-the-Parents Sessions.
Review and maintain security and safety of the property by putting safety of the procedures in place and conduct emergency exercises.
Oversee and reviewing the implementation of security and safety procedures and measures in school.
Supervise and train a team of school attendants to make sure the school runs smoothly.
Work with teachers in taking care of student matters like guiding students during school activities and home visits.
Support the school leaders in planning and aligning the objectives and work plan to meet the school’s strategic needs.
Support the school leaders in development and maintenance of positive relationships with diverse stakeholders, such as parents, vendors, public etc.
Supervise a team of school attendants and providing them with on-the-job training for effective school operations.
Manage the physical and technological infrastructure maintenance and improvement works of the school premises, including assisting to forecast the financial needs of the estate management plan.
Work with the school leaders and teachers to manage and support students at risk.
Assist in the school’s budgetary processes, financial and procurement operations as well as the use of technology to increase productivity.
