Contract Period

  • 1 Aug 2025 to 31 Jul 2026) 2 Yrs Optional renewal by School

Deployment

  • 42-hour work week with 30 mins lunch break daily
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Scope Of Works

Supports the following reception and administrative functions:

  • Reception counter duty such as handling phone calls, general enquiries, emails/mails and faxes
  • Man the reception counter, man the intercom phone system and provide professional customer service
  • Record delivery of goods/services, record messages and provide coordination support as required by the School
  • Perform data entry, collate information, file, type and archive documents, scan and laminate materials
  • Attend to unwell/ injured students
  • Any other duties as assigned by the School
