Business Director

Overview

We are seeking a Business Director with deep experience in client leadership, business development, and integrated marketing delivery across the APAC region. The role is based in Singapore and will be responsible for overseeing major client relationships, driving commercial growth, and managing cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client relationships, ensuring high-quality delivery and long-term growth.
• Own business development efforts, including proposals, pitches, and identifying new opportunities.
• Manage client portfolios and revenue targets, with accountability for commercial performance.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across accounts, collaborating with internal teams across creative, media, and strategy.
• Lead, mentor, and develop account teams; support career growth and build a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders to align on objectives and share best practices.
• Provide strategic counsel to clients, guiding marketing initiatives that align with business goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in advertising, creative, media, or marketing consultancy.
• Strong commercial understanding, including experience managing P&L and revenue targets.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and senior client stakeholders.
• Deep familiarity with digital, media, and integrated marketing practices in Southeast Asia.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead through ambiguity in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Location & Reporting

• This is a Singapore-based role.
• The position reports into regional leadership and collaborates across markets.
