Job Responsibilities:
Compliance and Operational Risk Management:
- Act as the central liaison/contact person in relation to all compliance matters;
- Oversee the compliance matrix programme within Retail Services;
- Ensure that TRs adhere to the prevailing Policies, Guidelines and Procedures;
- Maintain and update internal Policies and Procedures and/or Standard Operating Procedures to address laws, regulations, guidelines issued, wherever applicable;
- Track and report non-compliance incidents, ensuring timely resolution;
- Provide regular review, status updates and recommendations to Management on any non-compliance issues;
- Performs quarterly Regulatory Compliance Self Assessment reviews.
Administrative Support:
- Manage daily office operations;
- Facilitate administrative needs of TRs;
- Support general administrative tasks to enhance workflow efficiency.
Operational Support & Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the main liaison between Management, HR, Compliance, and other departments to ensure smooth operational processes;
- Ensure clear communication and alignment of expectations on operational matters across various stakeholders;
- Facilitate discussions to refine and improve administrative and compliance processes;
- Gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously enhance TR experience and operational efficiency.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on non-compliance incidents;
- Provide regular status updates to Management on compliance and administrative areas and recommend enhancements.
Job Requirement:
- Able to converse in both english and mandarin to communicate with external clients/stakeholder
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 2-3 years of experience in administrative support, compliance, or operational roles.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Compliance, or a related field.
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven and able to take initiative.
- Resilient with a keen attention to detail.
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Team player who can collaborate effectively across departments.
- Presentation skills to facilitate discussions and reporting.
