Solutions Architect - Singapore

Description

We are seeking a Solutions Architect to join our Global SA team in a pivotal role, designing, developing, and implementing innovative technical solutions tailored to our customers’ needs, guiding them from presale stages through to full production.

You will collaborate closely with Sales, R&D and Product teams to deliver highly scalable and reliable solutions, ensuring seamless integration and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Pre-Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements, provide technical demonstrations, and craft customized solutions that address client pain points.
  • Technical Implementation: Lead technical implementations, working with customer teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions into their systems.
  • Post-sales: attend post sales cadences with our key and strategic customers, identify new challenges and opportunities and see them through. Train customers on best practices and effective use of Bright Data solutions to maximize their success.
  • Build a strong relationship and be the technical trusted advisor of the customer to help them achieve their business goals.
  • Lead technical workshops for Bright Data’s prospects and customers base.

**This is a fully remote role based in Singapore & involving frequent travel within the APAC region.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a technical client-facing role (e.g., Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer) within a SaaS, cloud, or data-focused organization, including, hands-on technical design, implementation, or consulting experience.
  • Previous experience in the Software/Infrastructure/Platform (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) space.
  • Proficiency in web/scripting technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and familiarity with SaaS applications.
  • Experience with headless browsing tools like Selenium, Puppeteer, or Playwright.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to align technical solutions with business requirements.
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills, with comfort addressing both technical and executive audiences.
  • Fluent English - a must
  • Chinese - business level conversation - an advantage
