Position Overview 🎨
We’re looking for an experienced Mobile App Product Designer to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in expanding and enhancing our Bolt retail super app — designing features that deliver seamless, intuitive experiences to our customers. Your work will directly shape the future of our platform, ensuring every interaction feels effortless, impactful, and customer-first.
Key Responsibilities 🛠️
- Lead the design process for new app features and new product lines within Bolt App.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — designers, product managers, engineers, and marketers — to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, documentation, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Ensure design solutions meet business objectives and deliver a consistent, compelling user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
Required Qualifications 📚
- Proven experience as a product designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma/Figjam, Adobe Creative Suite, and others.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience designing for mobile platforms.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user needs and business goals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
