an international clientele. As part of our strategic expansion, we are seeking a highly professional and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide critical support to our Director, ensuring seamless operations and superior client relationship management at our Singapore office.
Key Responsibilities
Efficiently manage the Director’s schedule, prioritizing tasks and responding promptly to urgent and time-sensitive matters.
Coordinate and oversee a wide range of personal and professional administrative tasks, including appointment setting, document organization, and daily operational support.
Conduct independent data analysis, generate comprehensive reports, and develop high-quality presentations using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Facilitate clear and timely communication across internal departments, ensuring smooth and effective information flow.
Support client engagement initiatives through proactive communication, documentation updates, and follow-up activities.
Manage ad-hoc assignments and special projects with a high level of precision, discretion, and accountability.
Requirements
Diploma or higher qualification in any discipline; a background in business support, administration, or customer service is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years' proven experience supporting senior leadership as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a client support capacity.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with demonstrated expertise in professional document, report, and presentation creation.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with sharp analytical thinking and exceptional attention to detail.
Strong customer service orientation, with a proactive approach to task management and problem-solving.
Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3 driver’s license is highly desirable, with occasional driving duties anticipated.
Proficiency in English and Chinese (business level) is essential for effective bilingual communication.
