Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

• Preparation of Tender and Cost Anaylsis.
• Prepare contractual correspondence, submit claims notices promptly and in accordance to schedule.
• Prepare and follow up of progress claims.
• Prepare and submit payment applications on due date, follow up applications to ensure promote certificate and payment and ensure final accounts are submitted in a timely manner and are agreed to maximum value.
• Prepare work orders for sub-contractors, prepare monthly payments and settle sub contractors final accounts

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Willing to travel around Singapore and be based on site.

Other information:

• This position will be office and site based.
