Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic

1. Perform Spend Analysis to support sourcing strategy and annual plan development.
2. Perform study of supply market intelligence (market, vendor, product, commodity, etc).
3. Implement procurement programs and develop knowledge and skill improvement.
4. Drive procurement cost reduction initiatives.
5. Support the development and drive the implementation of Group Procurement strategies, policies and initiatives.
6. Contribute to the development of procurement planning processes
7. Drive the alignment of Divisional SOP to GPPA and ensure compliance to GPPA
8. Drive and manage capability development and knowledge management

Operation

1. Ensure new vendors are pre-qualified in accordance to GPPA/Division SOP requirement
2. Ensure purchase orders are reviewed and processed in accordance to GPPA/SOP and in a timely manner.
3. Conduct tenders in accordance to Division SOP/GPPA and make recommendations to Tender Committee
4. Understanding and influencing sourcing project / business requirements. Identify opportunities that focus on cost reductions, efficiencies/quality improvements, risk mitigation, industry and supply trends and shifts in technology
5. Supplier Classification, Relationship Management and contract management
6. Proactively work with Stakeholders and assist in or directly manage spend
7. Know, understand and stay abreast of industry trends, benchmarks, best practices, etc.
8. Monitor Strategic/key Suppliers to provide internal notifications and develop risk mitigation scenarios
9. Analyze past and future demand volumes, inventory trends and current inventory levels
10. Drive best practices and reductions in Total Cost of Ownership (i.e. supply programs, catalogs) at a regional/local level

Job Requirements：

1. Diploma in Supply Chain/ Chemical Engineering/ Business Mgmt/ any related field.

2. 3 to 5 years of experience in any supply chain management namely Procurement, Logistics Management or Purchasing
