Job Posting for NEW- 6 Months Billing Analyst at AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.
Job Responsibilities:
Review system-generated invoices and send them to customers after supervisor approval.
Apply billing adjustments to customer accounts and issue invoices and credit notes.
Maintain organized customer files, including invoices, credit notes, bank notices, and correspondence.
Apply cash receipts for bank and credit card transactions within 24 hours.
Follow up with stakeholders on payment information and maintain refund data in the system.
Handle all billing and receipting matters, respond to internal and external stakeholders via phone calls, and resolve billing and receipting issues promptly.
Liaise regularly with internal departments to reconcile customer accounts.
Support local FP&A and FA colleagues to address regional queries successfully and timely.
Maintain quality communication with customers (both verbal and written) and ensure billings and credit memos are processed within set guidelines and schedules.
Ensure timely billing of workshops and accurate income reconciliation.
Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in a related discipline
Minimum 1 year of relevant billing experience
Able to start immediately or within short notice
