Business Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the implementation of scalable business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with business users to identify, analyze, and document requirements.
• Translate business goals into functional and technical requirements.
• Create detailed process flows, user stories, and wireframes as needed.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solutions meet expectations.
• Facilitate UAT, including planning, test case creation,execution, and defect tracking.
• Support implementation efforts and provide post-deployment support.
• Identify areas for business improvement and make recommendations.
• Support Agile and/or Waterfall project frameworks as applicable.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in business analysis roles ideally in IT systems integration or migration projects.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience with middleware systems, data flows, and Business Process Management (BPM) tools.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, and flowcharting tools,process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively in teams.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn domain-specific knowledge.
• Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with multi-national internal/external stakeholders.
