Site Manager at Sellpy

Sellpy is opening a new order fulfillment warehouse to continue fueling our rapid growth in Europe. As the Site Manager, you will play a key role in launching the facility, growing the organisation and managing day-to-day operations.

In short, you will

• Lead the fulfillment site with 500-600 employees
• Ensure that the site sends external and internal orders on time
• Ensure that the site reaches efficiency and quality targets
• Recruit and build the site organisation from scratch
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain high health and safety standards
• Work together with other fulfillment sites to plan and improve Sellpy’s overall supply chain
• Serve as the primary point of contact between this warehouse and our organisations in Sweden, Germany,Poland and Romania
• Implement process improvements and changes independently and together with the HQ organisation

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience leading an e-commerce warehouse operation
• Experience in building and scaling a warehouse operation from scratch
• Excellent communication skills in Polish and English
• A business/engineering/logistics-related education

• Led an e-commerce warehouse operation with experience in implementing and optimising a high degree of automation
